Mark Attrill, a serving officer in the Royal Air Force, has had a lifelong interest in military aviation and photography. Ten years ago he was invited to contribute his first photo-essay to an Asian-Pacific aviation journal, whilst serving in Hong Kong. Since then he has produced illustrated articles for a number of specialist aviation magazines in the UK and Japan.
