About the author

Colette Laura May is a renowned Sugar Flower Artist and Tutor based in Warwickshire. She started teaching sugarcraft over thirty years ago, then set up her own business providing face to face workshops and recently online classes, both in groups and 1 :1 with tuition for beginners to the more advanced. In recent years she has had an exhibition stand at Cake International and delivered live demonstrations.
