Natural Dyes describes the use of plants that can be grown in the garden or collected from the countryside. It is lavishly illustrated with accurate and detailed botanical watercolours and samples of the colours the plants produce.
Judy Hardman has been spinning, weaving and dyeing yarns for over thirty years, using wool provided by her own flock of Shetland sheep. She regularly runs workshops and gives talks. Resident - Hampshire Sally Pinhey teaches botanical illustration at Kingston Maurward College, Dorset. She is an RHS medallist and illustrator of specialist horticultural books. Resident - Dorset
